WHO THIS IS FOR
THE DOOR IS OPEN · THE WORK IS REAL

If your company is worth running on its own software, you are in the right place.

We believe the companies that run on code shaped to their own work are the ones that will define the next twenty years of their industries.

If that is the company you are trying to build, start here.

01
YOU BELONG HERE IF

You do not need to be a tech company.

You do not need a CTO. You do not need to know what a runtime is. You need a process that matters to you, and the willingness to look at it honestly.

  1. 01

Your business runs on a process that is genuinely yours.

And you have started to notice the cost of bending it around someone else's software.

  2. 02

You have stopped wanting to pay consultants to make SaaS pretend to be your operations.

The configuration consultant has become more expensive than the engineer. You have done that math.

  3. 03

You can name the parts of the workday where your team is doing work the software should be doing for them.

The list exists. It has been quietly growing for a while.

  4. 04

You are willing to sit with us, as the owner or operator, while your operating system gets written down.

Not delegated. Present. The mapping is the encoding of the company.

  5. 05

You want to onboard a new client in a morning, close the books in an afternoon, or answer a customer in seconds.

Pick one and we can start there.

  6. 06

You want to answer questions about your business with numbers instead of opinions.

The last leadership meeting was opinions about the numbers. You would like that to be the last one.

NOTE

You do not have to recognize yourself in all six. If two or three of these sound like your company, the conversation is worth having.

02
THE ENGAGEMENT · THREE CONDITIONS

What the work asks of you.

The engagement runs on three conditions. They are not a filter. They are the shape of how this kind of work gets done.

CONDITION · 01

PRESENT

The owner is in the room.

Founder, CEO, COO — the person who can decide. The mapping is the encoding of the company; the company has to be present for it.

ASK · 01 / 03

CONDITION · 02

HALF-DAY · WEEK

The team engages with the mapping.

This is not something done to you. It is built with you, with the people who actually run the process. Roughly half a day a week from them while the map is being drawn.

ASK · 02 / 03

CONDITION · 03

RETHINK

You are open to rethinking, not only to digitizing.

If the goal is to put your current company on a screen unchanged, a scanner is cheaper. We are here for the version where the operations get better in the process.

ASK · 03 / 03

If those three sound like work you are ready to do, we are ready to do it with you.

03
HONEST · ON THE CALL

WHERE SAAS WINS

Sometimes SaaS is the better answer.

Not yet · or · not this

Some companies are better off buying software off the shelf, and we will say so on the call when we see it.

If your process is genuinely generic, or your operations are small enough that the workarounds are still cheap, the math is on SaaS's side. There is no shame in that.

The honest sentence is: not yet, or not this.

04
PATTERN, NOT SECTOR

The fit is shape, not sector.

We do not pick clients by industry. We pick by the shape of the business — how the work is organized, where the cost lives, and whether the process is the moat.

  1. P · 01

Mid-sized and profitable companies whose process is the actual asset of the business.

Not a cost center. The thing that, when it runs, makes the company what it is.

  2. P · 02

A founder or COO who has already lived through one or two SaaS reimplementations.

They know what they want next, and they know what they will not accept again.

  3. P · 03

A leadership team that can name the three to five processes that, if encoded, would change the cost structure of the business.

If the list does not exist yet, the conversation is probably too early.

  4. P · 04

An operations function currently held together by people, spreadsheets, and goodwill — and that the business has outgrown.

The workarounds have become institutions. The institutions have become the bottleneck.

05
POSITION
The companies that own their software will define the next decade of their industries. We built this firm to help more of you get there.
06
THE FIT CALL · 30 MIN

A thirty minute conversation.

The call is structured, because your time is. We ask about your process, your data, your decision-maker, and where the company is feeling its current shape.

By the end of the call, both sides know whether the engagement makes sense. If it does, we schedule the map. If it does not, we say so and point you at the best alternative we know of.

NOTE

There is no follow-up sequence. There is no nurture campaign. The conversation is the conversation.
