The Site is operated by Appunite S.A. under the EmpoweredHouse brand, a joint-stock company organized under the laws of Poland, VAT ID PL 7831812112, registered office at Droga Debinska 3A/3, 61-555 Poznan, Poland, KRS 0000964739 (EmpoweredHouse, we, us). Contact: privacy@empowered.house.

The Site is an informational and marketing website. It describes our point of view, our method, and our services, and it lets you request a fit call. The Site is intended for business users, not consumers.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Site for your own informational and business-evaluation purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any unlawful way or in breach of these Terms.
• Copy, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or its underlying infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false information through any form.

When you submit the booking form or contact us, you agree to provide accurate information. A submission is a request to talk. It does not create any engagement, contract, or obligation on either side. Any engagement is formed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Anything we say on a call or in a recap is preliminary unless and until it is captured in such an agreement.

Personal data you submit is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

All content on the Site, including text, the EmpoweredHouse name and mark, logos, design, diagrams, and the manifest, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. The Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You may not use our name, mark, or content without our prior written permission, except for fair, attributed reference.

Feedback or suggestions you send us about the Site or our services may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.

The Site links to external sites, including Shugyo (shugyo.ai). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The content is general information and is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, for example liability for intentional fault or for harm to life or health.

We may change the Site and these Terms at any time. The current version and its effective date are posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration before the Court of Arbitration at the Lewiatan Confederation (Sad Arbitrazowy przy Konfederacji Lewiatan) in Warsaw, in accordance with its rules, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. The seat of arbitration is Warsaw, Poland; the language is English.
